A platform for law firms and legal teams
Cases, documents, deadlines and billing in one place, accessible from anywhere. Lexra has its own platform and its own website, and it is built and maintained by our team.

WE BUILD SOFTWARE FOR COMPANIES LIKE THESE
In legal work a mistake does not have a price, it has a consequence
Cases are kept in folders, deadlines in someone's head or in a calendar, and documents in folders across several computers. All of it works until one date is missed.

A deadline depends on someone remembering it.
A calendar, a reminder and a paper diary are doing the job a system should be doing.
A document gets searched for instead of opened.
A filing from six months ago is in someone's folder, in an email, or in a folder someone took home.
Nobody has a view of the whole case.
Who is doing what, how far it has got and what the next step is only becomes clear when you ask.
Billing lags behind the work.
Hours spent and expenses are added up after the fact, so part of the work never gets billed.
The entire case in one place
Lexra follows a case from opening to closing, with everything that goes with it.
Cases and clients
Every case has its own page, with the parties, documents, deadlines, tasks and work history.
Deadlines and reminders
Deadlines are tracked in the system and alert you on their own. They do not depend on who remembers and who happens to be in the office that day.
Documents
Filings, decisions, contracts and correspondence sit with the case they belong to, available to everyone working on it.
Tasks and workload distribution
You can see who is doing what, how far they have got and what they are waiting on. Work is distributed across the team without extra meetings.
Time tracking and billing
Time spent and expenses are tied to the case, so invoicing is based on what was actually done.
What changes when a case finally has a place of its own
First the missed deadlines and the document hunting stop, and then it becomes clear how much time used to go into administration.

Deadlines are not missed.
The system alerts you, so you are not relying on someone remembering in time.
Documents are opened, not searched for.
Everything belonging to the case sits with the case, available to everyone working on it.
The whole team sees the same picture.
Who is doing what and how far it has got is visible without asking and without extra meetings.
What was done is what gets billed.
Time and expenses are tied to the case, so nothing goes unbilled because it was forgotten.
You work from any location.
Court, a meeting or home: access to the case is the same as from the office.
Who gets the most out of Lexra
These are the situations clients most often come to us with:
You handle more cases than you can keep in your head
You work in a team, so work has to be distributed and tracked
Your documentation is scattered across computers and inboxes
You track deadlines through a calendar and reminders
You do not know how much time has gone into which case
You work across several locations or outside the office

Lexra is built and maintained by TQORE
Behind Lexra is our team in Banja Luka, the same team that built the systems used today by public institutions and private companies. When you need something in Lexra, you are not going to an intermediary but to the people who built it.
What actually changed after implementation
Projects where we moved manually run operations into a system.
What clients often ask us
Can we try it before we decide?
You can. Registration and the trial period are available at lexra.io.
Is Lexra only for law firms?
No. It is also used by in-house legal departments that manage their own cases, contracts and deadlines, just without client billing.
What if we need something Lexra does not currently have?
Get in touch. We develop Lexra ourselves, so we do not depend on anyone else to extend it.
Where is the data stored?
The data sits on a platform we manage, with regular backups. If your internal policies require the data to be held on your own infrastructure, get in touch and we will work out how to arrange it.
