Software for the processes off-the-shelf programs do not cover
Something in your business works differently from everyone else. There is no program you can buy for that, it has to be built.

WE BUILD SOFTWARE FOR COMPANIES LIKE THESE
You bought the software, and half the work still happens outside it
Off-the-shelf solutions cover what everyone has in common. Everything else ends up in spreadsheets, in emails and in arrangements that get remembered rather than recorded.

The program does not follow your process.
You adapt the way you work to the program instead of the other way round, and it goes on like that for years.
Data is transferred by hand.
Two programs that do not talk to each other mean somebody retypes the same thing from one into the other every day.
You pay for what you do not use.
Licences cover modules nobody has ever opened, while what you actually need is charged as an extra.
A change means waiting.
You request an addition from the vendor and wait for it to make the list, if it ever does.
The kinds of work we take on most often
Sometimes it is a single application, sometimes it is a few steps that get automated, and sometimes it is an extension to a system you already have.
Business process automation
Steps that are done by hand today, by retyping and reminding, move into a system that does them on its own and leaves a record.
Custom applications
When no off-the-shelf program exists for your process, we build one from scratch, exactly around how the work actually flows.
Connecting existing systems
The programs you already use exchange data, so the same information is entered once instead of several times.
Extensions to our own solutions
When the standard version of XARPA ERP or TQORE DMS does not cover something you need, we extend it. Since we build the systems ourselves, we do not depend on anyone else.
Maintenance and ongoing development
What we build stays our responsibility. The system is extended as your business grows and changes when the law changes.
What you get when the software is built for you
The difference does not show in the number of features, but in how many steps disappear from the daily work.

No steps handled on the side.
The whole process is in the system, including the part that used to live in a spreadsheet.
Data is entered once.
Retyping between programs stops, and so do the errors that only surface too late.
You pay for what you use.
No modules nobody opens and no licences for features you do not need.
A change does not wait in a queue.
When you need something, you go to the team that built the system.
When it makes sense to build rather than buy
These are the situations clients most often come to us with:
The off-the-shelf solutions you have tried only cover part of your work
Part of the process still runs in spreadsheets, alongside the software you bought
Several programs run side by side without exchanging data
The same job is done by hand every day, in the same order
You have a process that is specific to your industry
You asked the vendor for an addition and never got it
We are not building for the first time
Plenty of companies do custom development. The difference is that we have systems behind us that we built ourselves and that have been running for years.
Three systems we built from scratch.
XARPA ERP, TQORE DMS and Lexra are not one-off client projects. They are products we have been developing, maintaining and improving for more than ten years.
We work in serious environments.
Our systems run in public institutions and companies where downtime is not an option.
We understand the business, not just the code.
TQORE grew out of consulting work with companies, so when we discuss a process we are not translating from one language into another.
We stay on after delivery.
What we build does not get handed over and forgotten. Maintenance and ongoing development are part of the job.
From a conversation to a working system
This is what working together looks like, from the first call to the day your people start working in the new software.
What actually changed after implementation
Projects where we moved manually run operations into a system.
What clients often ask us
Do you work with systems you did not build?
We do integrations with software you already use. Taking over development of someone else's system is assessed case by case, because we first need to see what condition it is in.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. After the discovery phase you receive a phased plan with dates we stand behind.
Is it worth it if we only need one thing?
It is. Plenty of projects start with a single process that is eating everyone's time, and the rest gets added later. You do not have to solve everything at once.
What if we need a change later on?
Get in touch. We built the system, so we know where everything is and no time is lost getting familiar with someone else's code.
Who owns what you build?
That is set out in the contract before development starts, and it is agreed separately for each project.
