2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us or what's needed to run the website:
- Contact form: your full name, company, email, phone number, the product you're interested in, and your message.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you write.
- Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider and security services may briefly process your IP address, browser type and device details. They do this to deliver the site and protect it from spam and abuse.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, set up a demo, or send you an offer you asked for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your data. We don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because:
- you asked us to contact you, or to take steps before a possible contract;
- we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our website;
- the law requires it, where that applies.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers who help us run the website, and only as much as they need:
- Webflow, Inc. hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare, Inc. runs Turnstile, the spam protection on our contact form.
- jsDelivr delivers some of the website's code files.
Some of these providers are based outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the USA. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual protections for personal data.
We may also share data with authorities if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business that follows. After that, we keep it for 24 months unless the law requires longer. Then we delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give you a copy in a portable format;
- stop processing, where you've given consent.

You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka u BiH).

Our website links to Lexra, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Once you click through, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
